I made this dress with individual heart cutouts though the skirt lined with lace and trims. There is decorative ribbon throughout, puffed sleeves, and a unique edge to the hem with Celtics beads. Heart cutout in the back and dripping spiders. Size woman's medium. 34-38 inch waist. Fits DD cup or a little larger even. I'm a 36, DD, and it's just a bit of room still. This dress is easily tightened around the waist with a tie or tie around skirt as seen in the photos. This is a separate piece and I can make you one for 20$.
